How long does it take to receive an order?
All pieces are handmade by the designer. If the piece is in stock it will leave the studio in 3 to 5 business days. You will be notified promptly by e-mail when it ships.
Do you charge sales tax?
All orders shipped within CA will be charged 8.75% sales tax, except for wholesale orders.
How do I redeem a Gift Certificate?
All Gift Certificates will have a code that you enter upon checkout.
Where do you ship?
Currently we ship within the United States. Please contact us if you have an international order request.
How do you ship?
All items are shipped via United States Postal Service, Insured Priority Mail (2-3 day delivery) unless otherwise requested.
Do you Gift Wrap?
Yes, all retail items are gift boxed. You can create a personalized message at checkout to include with your order. All wholesale orders are individually packaged and include a packing slip with photos of the jewelry and part numbers for easy identification.
What is your return policy?
All items may be returned within 7 days of receipt in the original, unused condition. Please contact us by e-mail and add Return Request in the subject line. We will contact you with a return shipping address.
